Selectable Configuration
The LX-1000 can be selected from configurations that suit your needs.
The LX-1000 is comprised of a main unit (LX-1000) and one or more expansion units (AU-LX1000EPIO). The number of input and output channels can be increased by adding more expansion units (AU-LX1000EPIO). Up to three expansion units (AU-LX1000EPIO) can be added to one main unit.
Selection 1 : Selection of a model with the number of recording channels
- ●16-channel model (main unit only)
4ch x 4 slots = 16ch
- ●32-channel model (main unit + 1 expansion unit)
4ch x 8 slots = 32ch
- ●48-channel model (main unit + 2 expansion units)
4ch x 12 slots = 48ch
- ●64-channel model (main unit + 3 expansion units)
4ch x 16 slots = 64ch
*When multiple expansion units (AU-LX1000EPIO) are connected, channel numbering starts with channel 1 at the top left and ends with the last channel (32, 48 or 64) at the bottom right.
*Up to 256 channels can be recorded simultaneously by using the synchronization option.
Selection 2 : Selection with amplifier type and number of channels (4 channels for 1 slot)
- Analog input amplifier module (PA) : AR-LXPA1000 (4ch/slot)
- Analog output amplifier module (AO) : AR-LXAO1000 (4ch/slot)
- Strain input amplifier module (ST) : AR-LXST1000 (4ch/slot)
*A model installing one or more strain input amplifier modules (AR-LXST1000) requires optional cooling fan unit(s). - CAN module (CAN) : AR-LXCAN1000

Plus, cooling fan unit (option) for each unit.
*A cooling fan is necessary if even one strain input amplifier module (ST) is installed.
Selection of 4 slots x analog output amplifier module (AO)
4ch x 4 slots = 16ch
*Amplifier modules can be added to the LX-1000 in single-slot units.
*When installing different types of amplifier modules, install AR-LXPA1000 modules, followed by AR-LXST1000 modules, and then AR-LXAO1000 modules in order from the lowest slot number.
*Blank panels are attached to unused slots (Only when ordering).
